Terms of service
Quotes and reservations
Submitting a quote request does not create a reservation and does not commit you to anything. A reservation exists only when DC Capital Luxe Black Car Service has issued a written quote and you have accepted it. The accepted quote sets out the vehicle class, the timing, the price and the terms that apply to that journey.
Pricing
Prices are quoted per journey. The quote states every component, including any minimum duration, wait time increments, tolls, parking and gratuity policy. Charges that were not on the accepted quote are not added afterwards, other than for changes you request on the day.
Changes and cancellations
Amendment and cancellation terms are stated on each quote and vary by service and vehicle class. Requests to change a reservation should be sent to the contact given on your confirmation.
Delays and matters outside our control
We plan for traffic, weather and flight variation, and we will always tell you what we know. We are not able to guarantee arrival times where conditions, road closures, security incidents, airport operations or acts of a third party prevent it. Where a delay is within our control, we will make it right.
Airport and FBO access
Access to airport property, ramps and fixed-base operator facilities is controlled by the airport operator and the FBO. DC Capital Luxe Black Car Service does not guarantee ramp access, escorts, credentials or any specific pickup location on airport property.
Passenger conduct
Vehicles are non-smoking. We may decline or end a journey where conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or exceeds the lawful capacity of the vehicle. Cleaning charges may apply for damage or soiling.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, liability for any single journey is limited to the amount paid for that journey. Personal property is carried at the passenger's risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DC Capital Luxe Black Car Service is established. The specific governing jurisdiction and dispute resolution provisions must be confirmed by counsel before publication.
