Washington runs on movements that have to be correct rather than merely comfortable. Embassy and mission travel, agency work, congressional visits and delegation programmes all carry requirements a standard car service does not encounter: fixed arrival windows, controlled information, credentialed venues and a security detail that needs to be consulted rather than accommodated after the fact.

Working with a security detail
Where a detail is present, they set the movement and we support it. That means agreeing routes, staging positions, load points and communications before travel rather than negotiating at the kerb. Where a detail requires specific vehicle positioning or a particular arrival sequence, we plan the whole movement around it.

Missions, delegations and visit programmes
A visiting delegation is a programme, not a series of bookings. Arrivals spread across several flights, the schedule includes venues with their own access rules, and the organiser needs one document that reconciles all of it. We plan the programme as a whole and report against it.
What we do not claim
We are a ground transportation company. We are not a protective services provider and we do not offer security, executive protection, armoured vehicles or credentialed access unless that is separately confirmed in writing. Access to secured facilities, motorcade participation and airport ramp access are granted by the relevant authority and are theirs to give, never ours to promise.

Discretion and information handling
Passenger names, destinations and itineraries are shared inside our operation only with the people who need them to run the movement. Chauffeurs do not discuss passengers or destinations, and details are not retained for marketing purposes. Where you require a specific confidentiality undertaking, send it to us during account setup.

Any contract vehicle, registration or schedule we hold would be listed here with its number once confirmed. We do not claim one we do not hold. Tell us your procurement requirement and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
