For organisations

Corporate accounts

An account is worth opening when the same people travel repeatedly and somebody has to answer for the cost. What it gives you is not a discount code — it is a named contact, standing preferences held on file, and an invoice your finance team will accept without a phone call.

What an account gives you

A corporate account is mostly about the boring parts

A named account contact

One person who knows your travellers, your preferences and your escalation path. Not a general reservations line, and not a different person each time.

Standing preferences on file

Preferred vehicle class, usual routes, cabin preferences and any traveller-specific requirements are held on the account, so each booking starts from what was already agreed.

Consolidated billing

Billed per trip or on an agreed cycle, with purchase-order, cost-centre or matter references carried on the invoice.

Authorised bookers

You tell us who may book on the account and what they are authorised to approve. We do not accept an instruction from outside that list.

Reporting on request

Trip-level detail by traveller, cost centre or period, in a format your finance team can actually use.

Travel-policy alignment

Send us your policy requirements and we will tell you plainly which we can meet and which we cannot, before anything is signed.

Who accounts suit

Worth opening when the same people travel repeatedly

If somebody in your organisation has to reconcile travel spend, an account removes most of the work. If you travel twice a year, the quote form is simpler and we will say so.

  • Executive offices and chief-of-staff teams
  • Law firms with client-billable travel
  • Associations and membership organisations
  • Government affairs and consulting practices
  • Hotels, residences and hospitality groups
  • Flight departments and aircraft management companies
How it works

Three steps, and nothing signed before it is agreed

  1. 01

    Tell us about the travel

Rough volume, who travels, which services you use most and how your finance team needs to be invoiced.

  2. 02

    We confirm terms in writing

Billing cycle, authorised bookers, escalation contacts and anything your travel policy requires — agreed before the first trip, not after it.

  3. 03

    The account opens

You get a named contact, a documented booking route and standing preferences held on file.

Request an account

Tell us roughly what the travel looks like. We will come back with terms in writing — there is nothing to sign at this stage.
