For organisations

Ground transportation your assistants can rely on

Named-account service for executive offices, law firms, associations and visiting delegations across the capital region.

Corporate ground transportation succeeds or fails on the boring parts: the same chauffeur showing up, the itinerary matching what was agreed, and the invoice arriving in a format accounts payable will accept without a phone call. We build accounts around the assistant or travel manager who has to answer for all three.

  • A named point of contact for the account rather than a general line
  • Recurring and multi-leg itineraries held on file and re-booked without re-explaining
  • Consolidated billing with cost-centre or matter references on request
  • Discretion treated as a service requirement, not a courtesy

Executive offices and assistants

Most of what an assistant needs is predictability: a confirmed vehicle, a chauffeur who knows the principal’s preferences, and a change process that does not involve starting over. We hold standing preferences on the account — preferred vehicle class, route habits, cabin temperature, whether conversation is welcome — so each booking starts from what was already agreed.

Roadshows and multi-stop days

A roadshow is a schedule, not a series of rides. We plan the whole day as one document: stops in order, realistic transit times between them, a chauffeur who stays with the group, and a stated plan for what happens when a meeting runs long — because one will.

  • One chauffeur and one vehicle for the full day where the itinerary allows
  • Buffer built into transit times and stated openly rather than hidden
  • Live schedule changes handled through a single contact

Visiting delegations and board travel

Inbound groups arrive across several flights, stay in more than one hotel and need to be in the same room at the same time. We consolidate the arrivals, assign vehicles per group and give the organiser one manifest to check rather than a folder of confirmations.

Billing and account administration

Accounts can be billed per trip or consolidated on a cycle, with purchase-order, cost-centre or matter numbers carried on the invoice. Payment terms and account setup requirements are agreed in writing when the account opens.

Questions

Corporate — frequently asked

Yes. Accounts are opened after a short conversation about volume, billing requirements and who is authorised to book. Terms are confirmed in writing before the first trip.
