This website is a static front end. It does not run a database, it does not require an account, and it does not process payments. The only information it handles is what you type into the quote request or contact form: your name, contact details, company if you supply one, and the details of the journey you are asking us to price.

Journey and contact details are used to prepare your quote, to deliver the service if you accept it, and to communicate with you about that reservation. They are not sold, and they are not shared with third parties for marketing.

No analytics, advertising or tracking script loads unless you explicitly allow it. If you allow analytics, a measurement script is loaded and aggregate usage data (pages viewed, approximate region) is collected with IP anonymisation enabled. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and can be changed by clearing site data. Declining analytics does not affect any part of the site.

Quote requests and reservation records are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and to meet tax and insurance record-keeping obligations. You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, using the contact route on this site.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. We will honour valid requests and will not treat you differently for making one.
